Phase 1: Learning
We meet with Human Resources, hiring managers, and other key personnel to learn about your company, your company’s culture and the specifics about the talent void you’re trying to fill.
Together we develop a wish list of desirable experience and qualifications along with a breakdown of key responsibilities.
Phase 2: Identify, Recruit and Introduce
We take what we learn about your ideal candidate and begin identifying and directly contacting individuals who meet or exceed your desired qualifications.
We extensively pre-screen these individuals to gauge their qualifications, communication skills, interest, and fit. Then, we rank these individuals and present/introduce them to you for further consideration.
Phase 3: Interview and Secure the Talent
We manage the company/candidate interview process by identifying days/times preferable for all parties and preparing interview materials.
Based on the interviews, we consult with you about securing the best candidate. This includes ranking the candidates, background screening, checking references, assisting with offer terms and other consultation as needed.
After offer terms are negotiated and agreed upon, we assist the candidate with resignation from their former employer and deciding on a start date with you.
Phase 4: Follow up and Continuing Partnership
Our relationship doesn’t end with a placement. In fact, we want it to continue indefinitely. We are available by phone, email, or in person to make sure things are going smoothly for your company and your newly-acquired talent.
We will follow up periodically both with you and the talent to ensure your relationship is progressing as desired.
