Jen Kow, Managing Director
Jen started his career in audit for Deloitte Orange County in 2006. He then moved into private industry where he worked for several large US-based companies assuming many roles, including staff accountant, senior accountant, accounting supervisor, operational accounting manager and corporate accounting manager.
You could say he’s been around the block.
In one of Jen’s recent roles he was responsible for working with human resources and external executive search firms to fill several positions on his team. It was in this role where his long term interest in networking, the talent acquisition process and his entrepreneurial spirit all came together as he realized his passion for being a facilitator in the job search and placement process.
As a result, Vision Talent Group was born.
Having experienced the different sides of the talent acquisition process, Jen understands the perspective of the talent as well as companies looking to acquire talent. He takes this understanding and translates this into his approach.
